Bob Corsentino has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of New York since 1995. He holds his Bachelors Degree in Accounting and his Masters Degree in Finance, both from St. John's University. He is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). He has created and taught seminars on a variety of topics including individual taxation, partnership taxation, and hedge fund technical matters.
The firm's business clients range from mom-and-pop retail stores, to medical supply companies and physicians, to real estate brokers, to actors and artists, to hedge funds/financial services, and many other areas. Our clients reside in many of the 50 states, not just in the tri-state area. We require that our professionals remain current with new tax laws through attendance at continuing education seminars, daily tax reading, and regular research. Our main office is in the geographic center of Long Island, in Melville, New York, on the border of Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Our professionals visit clients in the tri-state area as needed and welcome both local and national clients. We have a very diverse clientele, but we do specifically welcome and serve the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender community. There are many tax planning considerations and compliance issues specific to this community and we are well versed in these areas.
